A RAINY SUMMER WEDDING IN BENTONVILLE, AR

Some wedding days don't go according to plan.

And sometimes, they're even better because of it.

When we asked these two what mattered most about their wedding day, their answer was simple: to glorify God in everything they did.

That truth carried through every moment.

As we all were praying for the rain to just pass over the whole day… it ended up falling during their outdoor ceremony, no one ran for cover. Their guests opened umbrellas, stayed in their seats, and watched these two promise forever surrounded by the people they love most. It wasn't the weather they had envisioned, but it was exactly the day they were meant to have.

The entire celebration felt intentional—from emotional first looks with her dad, bridesmaids, and groom, to sharing communion during their ceremony, to dedicating her bouquet to her mom instead of tossing it.

More than anything, they wanted to remember the people. The hugs. The conversations. The moments in between.
